Residents are able to enjoy fine meals in our large Dining Rooms that are prepared by the well trained kitchen staff at Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Little touches such as china dishware and restaurant style dining make mealtime more pleasurable.

Accommodations

Residents are able to relax in their home-like semi-private, and private rooms. All rooms at Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center come standard with a bathroom and lavatory, adjustable hospital-style bed, bedside nightstand, dresser, wardrobe, and occasional chair. Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center provides complimentary basic cable television service in all rooms, and spa bathing facilities.

Social Services

Residents and families at Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center enjoy the access to a qualified and well-networked Social Services program that can assist with the sometimes-difficult transition from home to a nursing facility. The Social Services program is also instrumental in facilitating discharges back home or to other healthcare facilities while coordinating the necessary resources to ensure a safe and seamless transition.

Nursing Services

Residents and families rely upon the highly trained professional nursing staff at Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center staffs a Registered Nurse (RN) 8 hours daily and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) 24 hours daily, in addition to other licensed professionals to include Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Technicians (CMT). These and other qualified staff are just a part of our commitment to the highest quality of care attainable.

Activities

Intergenerational programming and pet therapy are just two examples of activities that the residents of Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center enjoy.
