Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center provides Skilled Nursing Care, and our newest addition, Sunset Place Alzheimer's Care. Carmel Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center features progressive rehabilitative and long-term care programs, as well as respite services. Our highly trained, multi-disciplinary staff takes pride in meeting your specific needs. We believe in providing the type of environment and the necessary assistance that will result in the greatest level of independence and happiness.

As part of our commitment to quality care, we offer an exceptional staff-to-resident ratio in our 105-bed, Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility. Residents receive personalized 24-hour care, 7 days a week from our caring staff of licensed and certified nursing professionals.

Three delicious meals are prepared for you daily, and we have a top notch housekeeping staff to clean your room weekly.

Sunset Place at Carmel Hills is our Alzheimer's Care facility where we offer State of the Art Alzheimer's Care in an elegant setting. This 24 bed secure unit, which will have a Licensed Practical Nurse as the coordinator, is designed around the varied needs of the Alzheimer's resident. Small unit groupings, which are determined by the level of care, will provide the personal and homelike setting for the Alzheimer's resident. Several cozy dining areas adds that extra touch to our personalized care for each Alzheimer's resident.
